Andrew Bunyan has extensive operational and strategic management experience covering all aspects of children's services, including over 6 years’ experience as a Director of Children’s Services and as a local authority Deputy Chief Executive.
He has considerable experience of:
leading and driving substantial change as an improver of services and outcomes;
experience of leading and managing services, including diagnostic work; and
of managing small or large projects to assist councils in developing their own thinking in order to improve outcome and efficiency.
He has worked with Isos Partnership on national research projects focusing on identifying how best to support improvement in local children’s social care services.
