Beth Swords
Beth is a Consultant at Isos Partnership, and works on projects across the education and children’s services sectors. She has been involved in national research projects into alternative provision, high needs funding and SEND as well as local government reviews. Beth has a background in consulting,and has extensive experience of large data analytics projects.
With developed problem-solving skills, Beth has extensive experience in the collation and analysis of data and its application to inform strategic decisions. Beth has worked on evidence-based reviews, research and strategic projects. She uses her analytical skills and content knowledge of education and children’s services to inform national research and to provide insight, on agendas such as work with the DfE on alternative provision market analysis; and with the Local Government Association on special educational needs (SEN), high needs funding, home-to-school transport and mental health and well-being. She has also worked on numerous local government strategic reviews, looking into inclusion and SEND provision.
Prior to joining Isos Partnership, she worked on projects across a variety of areas, including strategy, workforce development and benchmarking, across various industries including the international and domestic charity sectors, insurance and financial services.
