Kate Wilson

Kate brings experience of senior leadership in higher education, further education, schools and local authorities.

Her work has focused on creating and developing effective partnerships between organisations to secure improved outcomes for learners. Kate has been involved in the development and leadership of a wide range of different types of local and regional partnerships including Excellence Clusters, Behaviour Improvement Partnerships, multi-agency early intervention services, 14-19 partnerships, multi-academy trusts, and Teaching School Alliances. Kate is currently Director of the Medway Teaching School Alliance. She is working with Isos Partnership on a range of projects to support our work with local authorities and the development of effective local school led partnerships.
